General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs relations between the ix.ua site administration (the “Administration”) and an individual using the Site’s services (the “User”).

1.2. Using the Site means that the User agrees to this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, stop using the Site.

1.3. ix.ua has a social purpose and is not intended to profit from user interactions. A legal entity that owns the server or domain name, technically delegates the domain, or provides infrastructure is not a party to agreements between Users and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their content or actions.

Limitation of liability

2.1. The Site and its services are provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

2.2. To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, the Administration and technical partners are not liable for:

• failures caused by third parties, DDoS attacks, viruses, accidents, communication outages or force majeure;
• loss of or damage to data caused by unauthorized access outside the Administration’s reasonable technical control;
• indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of decisions made by a User based on information from other users.

2.3. ix.ua is not a party to agreements to provide help, does not guarantee fulfillment of promises, and does not act as a financial intermediary between Users.

User content and moderation

3.1. Users create and publish information themselves and are responsible for its legality, accuracy and their right to publish it.

3.2. The Administration does not conduct mandatory pre-screening of every publication. An organization verification mark applies only to information verified by the Administration and does not guarantee any future actions.

3.3. After receiving a substantiated complaint, the Administration may restrict access to or remove unlawful or prohibited content. Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible, generally within 48 hours. Contact: webmaster@ix.ua.

3.4. Fraud, threats, hate speech, illegal content, copyright infringement, intentionally misleading others, and using the Site for unlawful activity are prohibited.
